Pepperpot Bicycle Tour - 1 Day

This is a relaxed bike ride for the true nature lover that is also interested in Suriname’s colonial past.

From Zus & Zo you are distributed a bicycle and after it has the correct height settings we start our trip towards the “flat bridge”.
Here we cross over into the Commewijne district.

We cycle towards the Pepperpot plantation.
Along the way we pass several small workers’ houses and plantations, after which we arrive at Peperpot.

At this old coffee and cocoa plantation we visit the impressive grounds of the old factory.
After this visit we visit the Pepperpot nature park to spot some animals (good odds of sloths and many bird species as well as other wildlife!)

Lunch and bicycle are included.
Child seat on the bicycle is possible please let us  know in advance.
Helmets and protective gear are not obligated in Suriname, we do not use these.
Of course you may bring protective gear.
