Overview
Menimi is a holiday resort in the Upper Suriname area. It is a 1-hour boat ride from Atjoni and the size of the resort is approximately 10 hectares.
Menimi’s founder is Pije Armand Abauna, better known as Mandje.
Together with his wife and their 8 children, they manage the place and make sure that the guests have a pleasant stay.
There are 11 lodges with 2 or 4 beds in the room, 1 group accommodation that can accommodate a total of 10 people and an accommodation where hammocks can be tied.
The accommodations are all equipped with a bath and toilet, electricity and mosquito nets.
The resort is also equipped with solar panels, wifi, and a little shop.
This tour is possible as a 3 day and a 4 day tour.
