Danpaati means “island of the village Dan” and is located in the middle of the tropical rainforest, alongside the upper Suriname river.
It is surrounded only by some more untouched forest of the Amazon region and some small Saramaccan villages.
Here you can immerse yourself in the unspoiled beauty of the wild nature, learn everything about a different culture or just relax in one of the hammocks on the river shore with view over the rapids!
